One chirpy little friend in our neighborhood thought she’d found the ideal place to make her nest. Can you see the little birdie nestled in there?
But look where it is………
I hope it will stay safe and not pestered too often by curious little kids…..or admiring bloggers for that matter :)
In other news, we got our house painted, attended an end of year choir concert, and I’m getting ready for a friend’s barbeque tonight.
OK, I know I don’t look like I’m getting ready.
I'm so glad you got a picture of the bird! That was so cute.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sad that I can't go on the run tomorrow. I was really, really looking forward to it. It was going to be a new challenge and perfect, cool weather. Oh, well. *sigh*
That's OK, I hope you get to do something fun!
ReplyDeleteHow cool to find a REAL nest! I am pretty sure that is a sprinkle of good luck for the next little while....
ReplyDeleteMom and I have been meeting for my dress but also swapping art ideas and pining over eachother's work. She has done some great collages and I have had fun seeing her style come out in her new medium. Can't wait for you to see them.
I hope the birdie is OK!
ReplyDeleteThat is too funny. I sure hope that they don't have a mudslide of sorts in there :) Love your house color. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteThat is a funny place for a birds nest.
ReplyDeleteI saw the bird again going to and from her little nest when I jogged on Saturday. She seems very proud of her sweet location!
ReplyDeleteOMG what an adorable bird! I love where it has chosen to make it's little nest!
ReplyDeleteHahaha!
ReplyDeleteYour house does look good enough to eat! I think I want a chocolate house, too. About painting...I've started a little mixed media project. I was so nervous and scared, but finally just dove in, inspired by a quote from Giacome Puccini. And now my project is a 10 page art/journal based on the 10 Basic Principles of The Artist Way. I'm hoping to scan them and put them on My Way.
ReplyDeleteYes definitely get them up there. I want to see!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cutie nest! And your house looks fab!
