ReplyDeleteI am going to start scanning all of these great memories I have never done, then store them on our external hard drive... and in the meantime, keep them in a rubbermaid on a shelf. No more totes on the floor for me!
Kind of ironic really given the many years of hand wringing about people having their digital photos on their hard drive where they are very much at risk.
ReplyDeleteYou never really think of the need to "back up" the real photos until something like this happens.
OMG that is my biggest fear! I digitized most of my stuff but all my really old albums are in the basement too-yikes!
