Intricate and Beautiful

Look at the lovely screen I picked up on my last trip to Hobby Lobby. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it when we were on a trip to Utah. We came home and I dreamed about it for the next two months. When I went back to bring home my college girl I made a trip to Hobby Lobby in Orem with my sister. I picked up a few iron easels for the wedding reception. I also saw ‘my’ screen again, and it was on sale. It’s a lovely green color that looks fabulous in my house, and looks great against white walls too.

Since bringing it home I have tried out several locations. I love this area in my living room, and it’s stayed here the longest, but I really would like it in my family room just so I could stare at it more.

What do you think?

  1. Gorgeous! It really makes the room look very Morrocan, almost.

  2. Thanks. I love the Moroccan feel and colors. Not everyone can pull off the Moroccan romantic artsy cottage style. LOL. People say if you really like it it will go together, so I guess I'm putting that to the test.

  3. The terrifying thing is that I hadn't even noticed that thing in the living room (also known as "the room with a couch but no TV") until I read this blog post and went in and looked at it.

  4. Love it, Jon!
Lynnae it looks so good, I can't picture it anywhere else...maybe drape some scarves about and hang a tag or two?

  5. Jon what??? Are you kidding me?
